We enjoyed our stay with our kids, especially the fun walks to Lake Geneva and the local Christmas markets. The room was spacious and clean, and we loved the comfy beds, although we could've used better lighting.

We were there for 3 days, everything was perfect, liked its good and incredible location just off Very close to the main train station, and biggest shopping center. Got very very good breakfasts with other bakeries.
Views were depressing.

Excellent central location with convenient access to amenities.
The light fixtures in my room were mostly non-functional, leaving me in near darkness. The staff's demeanor was unacceptable. They seemed annoyed whenever I needed assistance.

The location was perfect, just a block from the lakeside and surrounded by restaurants. My room was a good size with a big cupboard, and the separate bathroom was a plus, even if small. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in Europe! The staff were helpful and pleasant.

After staying three nights, I loved how easily I could stroll to the Geneva Water Fountain and the beautiful Basilica Notre-Dame, both just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helped.
